About the hub
Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub (known as Resilience Hub) is a resource for all for all public sector workers and volunteers who are feeling the psychological effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and their families.
Our resource can help anyone from someone who is in need of extra help and guidance on their wellness, someone who needs urgent psychological help to those who aren’t sure what they might need. Whatever you need to help you get back on track is okay; you’ve been through an incredibly difficult time and though you are the carer, sometimes we need to care for the carers.
We also offer support for those who are managing and leading during the pandemic as well as the family and friends of those who are struggling.
Who can use the Resilience Hub?
The Lancashire and South Cumbria Resilience Hub is intended as a support resource for all public sector workers and volunteers who have worked through the Covid-19 pandemic and their families.
This includes everyone from those who work in the NHS, local authorities and councils, ambulance service staff, care home workers, those working in social care and community workers.
We are hoping that the Hub will eventually be able to operate as a resource for everyone who has felt the psychological strain of Covid-19.
