LSC VCFSE Alliance Population Data System Intelligence Service (SIS) Steering Group

This steering group was established between the LSC VCFSE Alliance and the LSC ICB Digital Directorate on December 2nd, 2024

It was created because of advancements in the LSC System Intelligence Service (SIS) and offers system partners the chance to explore how the data managed by the system can be used in dual capacities: as consumers for service delivery and resource allocation, and as publishers for contributing into the system.

A working group for this project has been formed, with all having access to the SIS. The working group actions are to look for possible funding to train the VCFSE on how to use the system.

The Alliance recognises that, at present, the working group primarily consists of larger VCFSE organisations. However, as our understanding of the SIS develops, we aim to share this resource more broadly.

The SIS project serves as a valuable use case, demonstrating how this information can support future funding bids.
