Have your say at public events in East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen

Together a Healthier Future is a programme looking at how we can establish ways to improve health and care services in hospital, and out of hospital (i.e. community based services) and what we can do improve people’s health in Pennine Lancashire (Blackburn with Darwen and East Lancashire).

Over the last year, we have been talking and listening to members of the public through a series of engagement events, face to face meetings and on social media. We are particularly grateful that so many individuals have got involved and helped us come up with ideas about how to improve health and care services in Pennine Lancashire. We have been considering these ideas in developing our initial proposals.

We will be running a further series of engagement events, throughout June, July and August. The purpose of these is to update people on the progress of Together a Healthier Future, and share our initial ideas about the next steps. We are keen to hear your views and ideas.

You and members of your group or network, are very welcome to attend any of these events and we would be grateful if you could share the schedule of meetings below, with your network.

We fully appreciate that attending additional meetings can sometimes not be convenient for people, or may not the preferred way for some to get involved. As such we would also be delighted to come and meet with your group or network, at any meetings that you may already have scheduled over the next few months.
