Help shape the future of NHS immunisation programmes

If you’re pregnant (or have recently given birth) and live in Lancashire or South Cumbria or if you are the parent/carer of a child aged under 5 from East Lancashire or Blackburn with Darwen, NHS England wants to hear your views about vaccinations available to you and/or your children by the NHS.
We are asking individuals who fall into one or both of these groups to take a few minutes to answer some questions in an online survey, which can be accessed here, so that as much insight and feedback as possible can be gathered. Your answers will help shape the design of these NHS immunisation programmes going forward.
